Why Christian Heroes?
We need Christian Heroes! People we can look up to, imitate and emulate in our walk with Christ.
In fact, God tells us to IMITATE THE FAITH of our Leaders
(Hebrews 6:12; 13:7).
We need these HEROES to follow! The Apostle Paul instructed the Corinthians to follow his example as he followed Christ. And he instructed Timothy to be an example of the believer...so others could follow him (1 Cor 11:1; 1 Tim 4:12).
Our Christian Heroes are individuals who took a strong stand on God's Word and excelled in their calling. They made an enormous impact on the body of Christ. Especially in winning people to Christ and calling people back to God's Word.

These Men are Not Perfect!
Some may criticize us for our choice of heroes, because of their faults. But hey, nobody's perfect...except Christ. The Bible is blunt and records the faults and failings of David, Paul, Peter and everybody else.
And when someone asked Billy Graham's wife if she had ever considered divorce, she said no..but that she had considered murder. What does that tell you about Billy Graham! He's human. And certainly not perfect.
So we admire these Christian Heroes in spite of their failings. We look to them to IMITATE THEIR FAITH, just as God has commanded.
Christian Heroes
Here is why these individuals are heroes...
E. W. Bullinger - He "took on" the critics of his day and proved that the Bible is exactly what it claims to be: God's inspired, infallible Word. And he left behind numerous books for future generations to study.
E. W. Kenyon - He proved that Christ's work on the cross was perfect and that we are totally identified with him in his death, burial and resurrection. Kenyon reminded us that we are the sons of God with full rights and privileges!
Bob Harrington - He won thousands of people to Christ and taught them "It's Fun Being Saved!" Bobs boldy witnessed for the Lord. He confronted people with Christ in the streets, on television and everywhere he went. "God's Super Salesman" indeed!
Victor Paul Wierwille - He continued Bullinger's research and taught the "accuracy and integrity of God's Word." He cleared up many misconceptions people had about receiving the holy spirit today. His specialty was teaching about the nine manifestations of the spirit.
These men had Super Hearts! They all loved God and stood up for his Word. You will be challenged and blessed as you check out our tribute pages to these Christian Heroes...
