Mike Huckabee For President

Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee was named by TIME magazine one of the top five governors in the U.S. He is the former governor of Arkansas, where he balanced the budget and saw the welfare rolls decrease by half.

Huckabee believes in the inerrancy of Scripture and supports allowing prayer in government institutions, school vouchers for Christian schools, and displaying the Ten Commandments in schools.

He believes God created marriage and that homosexuality is a sin. He opposes divorce and is strongly pro-life.

Huckabee's Christian racial sensitivity and fairness led to an unprecedented 48% of the black vote for a Republican candidate. He pushes states’ rights, second amendment rights, and health care.

He supports eliminating all federal income taxes and imposing a federal sales tax. He believes in boosting jobs through free trade.

Concerning the environment, Huckabee said we are merely Earth's caretakers. He does not believe in evolution.
