What We Believe
Your Bible is God's Word, just as it claims. God's original Hebrew, Greek and Aramaic Scriptures are perfect in every detail. His Scriptures are filled with beautiful oriental customs and mannerisms. And when God wants to emphasize something he uses figures of speech. But everything else He says to you is literal and God means what he says.
God speaks to you clearly and precisely in His Word. You will only misunderstand the Scriptures if you have preconceived ideas, you don't read or study the Bible or if you are reading a faulty Bible translation.
God's Word interprets itself for you. Most of God's Word becomes crystal clear when you check the exact wording of the original text with a concordance and read passages in their context. If something is still not clear to you in a verse, check elsewhere in Scripture because somewhere God himself explains that difficult passage. You must not guess or give your private interpretation because you are reading God's words, not your own (Romans 3:2).
Critics of the Bible are biased by their unbelief. They don't take the time to handle the Scriptures accurately. And the unbelieving college professors who are employed by Christian universities should show some integrity and go somewhere else to teach. Think about it.
You can learn God's will by reading His Word. Not by reading theological textbooks, which are mere opinions of men and must constantly be revised or discarded. Read and study God's Word daily! Rick has read the Bible all the way through more than 260 times. Martha has read the Bible through more than 50 times. You, too, can learn God's will by reading His Word for yourself!
You are who God says you are, not who religious men say you are. And God says you are his son or daughter (2 Corinthians 6:18). Church leaders who say you are a Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostal or something else are disobeying God. Because God warns us that there should be no divisions (denominations) in the Body of Christ
(1 Corinthians 1:10). There is one Lord, Jesus Christ, and it is to him and him alone that you owe your allegiance. You are not to follow men or movements. You are to follow Christ!
All born-again Christians are your brothers and sisters. You are part of God's family and we all need each other. You can learn from other Christians and must remember that none of us is perfect. You and I need to get back to God's Word and become trained in victorious living.
The world you live in is dominated by the the devil. The gospels, Christ's disciples and the Old Testament prophets all confirm this fact (Matthew 4:8-9; 1 John 5:19; 1 Peter 5:8). God is not the source of your suffering. The sovereign God himself says you have a spiritual enemy and you must resist him if you want to be victorious in life. But most seminaries do not teach about Satan's operations. No wonder preachers cannot explain all the suffering in the world. And most of the Christians in their congregations are sitting there in darkness.
God has given you the holy spirit to inspire you, guide you and empower you. The nine manifestations are within you and you must learn to activate that power by your believing. God wants you to experience signs, miracles and wonders to bless your life and glorify him.
God is your loving heavenly Father. The Bible says so! God is not some "three-in-one" mysterious being as Roman Catholic theologians declared in 325 A. D. You know God by the revelation of Christ, the apostles and prophets. Not by the philosophical speculation of bishops and theologians. The Scriptures say God is your Father, the one true God of Israel and He forbids you to add to his Word (Jeremiah 3:19; Mark 12:29; Deuteronomy 4:2; Revelation 22:18-19). So you and I must jettison the trinitarian doctrine and all other man-made teachings and practices.
God wants you to prosper and be in health. The Bible emphasizes this throughout. God himself shows you it is SATAN who steals, kills and destroys. Acts 10:38, Luke 13:16 and other passages make this abundantly clear. Religious men who say God wants you poor and sick are clinging to man-made denominational theology.
God wants you to enjoy his blessings in every area of your life. This includes sports, drama, music, etc. You are the light of the world and you should not isolate yourself and withdraw from society. Jesus Christ says you should not hide your light under a bushel!
God wants you to have loving relationships with all people, especially other believers. God is love and he instructs us all to edify one another (Romans 14:19; 1 Thessalonians 5:11).
God also wants you to stand up to the bullies who push you around. Like David you can take on the modern Philistines and Goliaths. Follow Christ and confront the religious Pharisees and Sadducees who try to control you (Matthew 23).
God wants you to achieve greatness and carry out His will for your life! He has made you a super-conqueror in Christ and you are to walk worthy of your calling. God is glorified by your successes, not your failures.
The Bible is your ONLY rule for faith and practice. God's Word alone is truth. And you have a right to read, study and learn God's Word for yourself. Learn to use a concordance and other study aids and avoid and eliminate from your life all teachings and practices which do not line up with God's truth. This is just being honest!
You need TRAINING. So you can live a powerful, Christ-like life and to avoid and overcome all adversities. Don't "go to church" all your life and end up ignorant of the Scriptures! That is why we are producing for you

Only God knows all the answers! Beware of arrogant or cocky Christian leaders. Their pride will lead to their downfall and keep their Christian followers in darkness.
You have God's Word, which is the answer to all your needs. So constantly study the Word so you can know more and more of that which God has given you.
You must read the whole Bible, constantly. Jesus says you are to live by EVERY WORD that comes out of God's mouth. And Paul, the author of the church epistles, says ALL SCRIPTURE is for training in righteousness (Matthew 4:4;2 Timothy 3:16-17). Read the whole Bible!
Rick Josey has read the Bible all the way through more than 260 times. His wife Martha has read the Bible through more than 50 times. And you can start reading the whole Bible for yourself. It is God's Word and it sure is exciting! And you cannot stand on God's Word if you haven't read it.
You must follow Christ, not men. We all certainly appreciate godly men and women. Some of our personal heroes are Billy Graham, Smith Wigglesworth, E. W. Bullinger, E. W. Kenyon, Henrietta Mears, Jerry Savelle, Dr. Victor Paul Wierwille and many others. We appreciate all godly men and women, as you do.
But you and I are to follow Jesus Christ, not men. Learn all you can from others, but check their teachings to see if they line up with God's Word. Whatever doesn't, you must avoid. Whatever does, you can learn from and rejoice in!
Remember, your prime example is your Lord Jesus Christ. He alone is the Head of the body.

You and I must follow Jesus Christ and not any denomination or religious group. Believe God's Word!
